This home has three bedrooms, two baths and a den/fourth bedroom. We designed and built it in 2002 and it really is lovely. The Master Suite has a King bed with its own bath off a private hallway. There are French Doors from both the Master Suite and the Great Room leading out to the tropical screened lanai. The two guest bedrooms share a separate hall and full bath, one has a queen bed and the other has two twins. There is also a queen hide-a-bed in the Living Room, and a double/full hide-a-bed in the den allowing us to accommodate a total of six to eight guests. Great Blue Heron has a shady, private, tropical back yard and a huge 15'x30' screened lanai, where our guests lounge, read and enjoy outdoor dining. Vanderbilt Beach is only five blocks away, an easy stroll or use our 15-speed bikes, two of which are provided for your enjoyment. All you need to bring are your clothes and groceries!


Location
Area: North Naples, near Vanderbilt Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Neighborhood: Five blocks from the beach in Naples Park, a quiet residential neighborhood. The beach is an easy ten-minute walk, a quick bike-ride, or two minutes by car.
Property: Private, single-family home of about 2250 square feet (200 square meters) including the large screened lanai.
The House
Bedrooms: Sleeping Three bedrooms plus two hide-a-beds, sleeps up to eight people. King bed in Master Suite, one queen and two twins in guest bedrooms, and a double sleeper-sofa in the den. A second sleeper-sofa in the Living Room acommodates your occasional weekend guest.
Bathrooms: Sleeping Two full bathrooms, master and guest. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, the guest bath a combination tub/shower.
Living Area: Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and French doors leading out to a lush, tropical screened lanai. Central air conditioning and ceiling-fans throughout. Two phones for local calls.
Kitchen: Lots of cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove with self-cleaning oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, food-processor, mixer, electric juicer, rice cooker, disposal, and even spices!
Dining Areas: Dining Dining room seating for six, plus additional dining space for six to eight on the lanai. Dinner service for eight.
Laundry: Laundry Full laundry facilities in the house, including washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens provided.
Amenities
Entertainment: Stereo tape player and CD, Comcast Limited Basic cable TV (36 channels), DVD player, 2 TVs (one in Master and one in den), family and children"s videos, puzzles, board and card games.
Internet Access: Bring your laptop! Wireless DSL throughout the house and lanai.
Outside: Outdoor propane barbecue grill, two bikes, two-car garage, eight lanai/garden chairs, four beach chairs, beach cooler, beach umbrella, and children"s beach toys.

  • 1/2 of rent is due at booking/reserving, balance is due 45 days prior to arrival
  • Rent subject to 10% FL tax
